1st Shift Lead Refrigeration FULL-TIME $23.

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly.
This position is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Coordinate PM schedule with Maintenance Planner for the refrigeration department.
Assist in maintaining the PSM program for the facility.
Perform repairs on various equipment within the facility both production and non-production related.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns Complete assigned work orders and document in the SAP maintenance system Conduct preventive maintenance inspections as assigned Be able to be lock out/tag out certified, confined space certified, fall protection certified, and forklift certified Be able to weld, and fabricate as needed Monitor the ammonia system to ensure proper functioning Must be part of the HAZMAT team and be able to pass the Respirator Level 4 physical on an annual basis Must be able to complete Level 1 Operator training Must have PSM experience Must currently hold an L4 or higher position.

years old Must have a minimum of (1) year of Refrigeration maintenance work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial refrigeration training program.
(can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 1 year) Must have minimum 1 year PSM experience with single employer Must have 6 months work exp in the last 12 months, (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months) Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
$1000 new hire incentive This bonus will be paid out in two separate installments after 90 days and 180 days.
