On-Site Manager

The core responsibility of the Onsite Supervisor is to ensure that client staffing needs are met and service levels are exceeded by handling all client questions, concerns and issues. Will offer support for the temporary employees onsite and support the day-to-day functions/operations of a single-site facility.
Job Requirements:
o 2-3 years of experience in the temporary employment industry, human resources, recruiting, customer service or account management is preferred.
o 1
years of supervisory experience.
o 2-5 years of customer service experience is preferred.
o Previous onsite experience is a PLUS! o Forklift experience is required (sit down and stand up). o Logistics experience a PLUS!

00am to 3:
30pm Monday through Friday, but must be flexlble to work different shifts and weekends, as needed, to support the client's requirements.
o 70% of your time will be spent on the floor of the manufacturing facility and 30% in the office. o Must be computer literate with high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel. o Reports directly to Region Leader. Compensation in the 33-35K rangeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
