Position
Summary:
The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is a customer service and sales professional within the retail store. You will provide the best customer service and expert product knowledge in order to create the most positive and satisfying overall experience for our customers. You will help customers through their purchasing decisions, activation process, product education and after-sale follow up. You may also assist the customer with billing and account issues, provide service expertise to triage equipment related problems and identify the most appropriate issue resolution path that best fits the customer's needs.
Job Responsibilities/Expectations:
Consulting with customers in order to determine their wireless service needs
Meeting and exceeding all performance goals
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to up sell additional products and services to new and existing customers in order to maximize transactions and store profitability
Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
Developing relationships with your customer base
Responsible for daily cash-in and cash-out
Arranging and displaying store merchandise
Maintaining a clean, presentable and professional store environment
Ensure that the sales floor, displays and back room are clean, organized and well stocked
Assists with inventory maintenance
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; some college preferred
One to Two years experience in a retail sales environment; wireless preferred
Proficient in Microsoft
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Attend and complete all required trainings, before their deadlines
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
