Dry Room Supervisor
POSITION: Dry Room Supervisor
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
REPORTS TO: Day/Night Shift Warehouse Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Manage the dry room personnel on timeliness of credits and accuracy
Effectively interact with vendors. Works with vendors on return of goods, develop a vendor return schedule
Communicates with Buyers on getting return authorizations to ensure timeliness of bin releases
Manage Core-Mark and Vendor bins
Verify records and issue customer credits
Scan dry room returns
Handle damaged products
Able to read date codes
AS400, Excel spreadsheets and Word experience highly preferred
Forklift and pallet jack certified a plus.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. over distances up to 10 feet
Ability to lift merchandise over shoulder height and below waist
Bending at waist and twisting of body
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Squatting
Good Organizational SkillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
