Human Resources Generalist
Job Description We are recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist for one of our prestigious customers in the Sanford Area.
Candidates who meet the below criteria are encouraged to apply!- Ensure all Job Opportunity Bulletins are posted and communicated- Serve as primary backup for Spiral Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times- Coordinate candidate interviews - Perform queries and searches on databases for qualified candidates- Manage the candidate inbox on a daily basis, including reviewing all new profiles- Provide results in reportable format (spreadsheets, charts, tables, PowerPoint)- Engage as necessary external search firms, user groups, and professional associations which can assist with the screening and development of search parameters- Proactively use social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to source highly skilled candidates in our Skills Matrix categories- Document Standard Operating Procedures - Additional job responsibilities will include conducting phone pre-screens, sending candidates online registration instructions and directions to office, and schedule and prepare candidates for interviews- Perform other administrative tasks and miscellaneous duties as required Why Kelly ?At Kelly Services , we work with the best.
