Jr.
Product Engineer Summary Primarily responsible for growing market share, ensuring profitability and improving brand awareness of the Indoor Air Quality product lines assigned.
Overall responsibility for the brands assigned, including management of the entire product life cycle from concept and development through market acceptance and obsolescence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Responsible for product profit and loss (P&L) operating/?sales goals and forecasting, general marketing of respective brand product line credits and feedback on quality control issues with customers and vendors.
Drive the New Product Development using the Stage Gate process to ensure that projects are properly scoped, requirements are fully documented and reviewed and risks are managed.
Work closely with all departments including Sales, Applications Engineering, Marketing Communications, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure products are developed, manufactured and marketed successfully.
Interface regularly with Sales Reps, Distributor Partners and end users collecting Voice of the Customer and market trend data.
? Utilize that VoC data in making product pricing, development and branding decisions.
Assist with design, layout and print of marketing material to include product materials, literature, advertisement and training materials for sales representatives and distributors.
Create proposals or business case to obtain approval for new products and enhancements.
Play a key supporting role in major sales cycles; Perform product demos to prospects Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving questions and concerns regarding each product line assigned.
? Work closely with respective application engineer and field service personnel to resolve issues or concerns and make critical recommendations to each client or customer on solutions.

Must have three plus years of experience with Product lifecycle management and New Product Development.
? A background in HVAC, Automation and Controls or cleanroom environments is a plus.
