Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction permitting.
Flexible work hours for during the day time.
Responsibilities:
-Under general direction, plans, organizes, and coordinates the permit process activities and operations within the company -Assist customer in obtaining building permits - Coordinate and oversee various projects from conception to completion - Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications - Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines are met - obtain documentation from relevant departments and review them to ensure permit paperwork is complete Requirements:
- Strong project management skills - Experience working with contracts and ensuring adherence to specifications This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a collaborative environment.
