A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTS AND AUTHORIZATION ASSOCIATE As our Parts and Authorization Associate, you will be responsible for determining the cost of each repair including parts and labor.
Because our customers are so important to us, you will address any concerns patiently and thoughtfully.
You will become familiar with each client as an individual and carefully keep track of their warranty claims and parts orders.
You will always know the status of any pending authorizations or orders and follow through in a timely manner.
Finally, you will also get to assist the office manager with special projects, the training of new staff, and the cross-training of existing staff.
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent Customer service experience Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions Able to handle change Versatile Enthusiastic Problem solver ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
