What this looks like (starts after 90 days):
2nd shift:
$21.
07 hour (includes 8%-night shift premium) up to $23.

As a Product Support Endurance at Caterpillar you will:
Safely operate heavy equipment at a productive level to help the Engineering community validate machine components and/or software Report issues encountered during the operation of Caterpillar Building Construction Products equipment including Skid Steer Loaders (SSL) and Compact Track Loaders (CTL) Log machine activities related to physical designs or machine performance.
Wash and inspect machines at least weekly looking for structural cracks, checking bolted joints to ensure they are intact, and looking for hose and harness rubs Make small repairs and service machines.
Typical expectations are to check tension and adjust tracks, check air pressure and inflate tires, change grease fittings, change engine air filters, troubleshoot leaks and tighten hoses, and sign service items and other parts out of inventory Required Qualifications:
Prior experience operating construction machinery Basic understanding of construction machinery Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods Ability to perform repetitive operations Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Qualifications:
Candidate must take safety very seriously and respect the power of the machine.
He/she must be willing to be instructed and/or corrected to address potential safety concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.
Good communication skills; both oral and written Initiative and maturity to work independently Basic understanding of mechanical systems Experience assembly or repairing SSL or CTL machines Additional Information:
