Candidate must successfully pass credit, criminal and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accepting and processing applications Maintaining and updating the waiting list Explaining screening and qualifying criteria Frequently walk the property to ensure best curb appeal and image is being presented Show vacant apartment homes and amenities Providing property information to prospective residents Answering incoming calls; Returning calls Completing annual recertifications with current residents in accordance with required time frames Address resident concerns in a timely and effective manner Reporting to the Property Manager and/or Director of Property Management regarding property performance Work closely with other on-site Team Members Maintain a neat and organized office in accordance with company standards Job Type:
